TimeCraft Advisory guarantees that your Efficiency Assessment Report will identify a minimum of five recoverable hours per week. If we do not meet this threshold, you are entitled to a full refund of your assessment fee.
Your personalised report includes a detailed Time Impact Summary showing the current time spent on each activity, the projected time with our recommended changes, and the net hours recovered. The five-hour guarantee refers to the total net hours saved across all recommendations.
"Net hours saved" means the actual time reduction: your current time on a task minus the time the new method will still require. We never inflate numbers by counting the total time you currently spend as savings. If a task takes 10 hours now and 6 hours with the new approach, we count 4 hours saved, not 10.
If your report identifies fewer than five net recoverable hours per week, your refund is processed automatically. You do not need to request it. You will be notified via email and the refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Cancellations made before your scheduled assessment session will be refunded in full, less any payment processing fees. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
