These Terms of Service govern your use of the TimeCraft Advisory website and the advisory services provided by TimeCraft Advisory ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms in full.
TimeCraft Advisory provides time-efficiency assessments and advisory services for senior leaders and organisations. Our core service includes a structured discovery session, a personalised efficiency report, and a findings walkthrough.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required in advance of the discovery session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
If our efficiency assessment does not identify at least five hours of recoverable time per week, we will issue a full refund. This guarantee applies to all standard assessment engagements and is offered at our sole discretion.
We treat all information shared during discovery sessions and assessments as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your data to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
We are willing to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request prior to the commencement of any engagement.
Our discovery sessions are conducted with Clara, an AI-powered assistant. Session transcripts and data are processed using AI tools to generate your personalised efficiency report. All AI-processed data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than delivering your report.
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of TimeCraft Advisory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The efficiency reports we deliver to you are for your use only and may not be redistributed or published without our written permission.
TimeCraft Advisory provides advisory recommendations based on the information shared during your sessions. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, salary increases, or business results. Our reports are advisory in nature and implementation is at your discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel a booked session with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how we collect, store, and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
