Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
TimeCraft Advisory provides time-efficiency assessments and advisory services for senior leaders and organisations. Our core service includes a structured discovery assessment, a personalised efficiency report, and a findings walkthrough.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. If we cancel a service before it has been delivered, you will be entitled to a full refund.
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required in advance of the discovery assessment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are displayed in your local currency and are exclusive of VAT or applicable local taxes where relevant.
If our efficiency assessment does not identify at least five hours of recoverable time per week, you are entitled to a full refund. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.
We treat all information shared during discovery assessments as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your data to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
We are willing to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request prior to the commencement of any engagement.
Our discovery assessments are conducted with Clara, an AI-powered voice assistant. By starting a session, you acknowledge and consent to the following: your session will be audio-recorded and automatically transcribed; the transcript will be processed using AI tools to generate your personalised efficiency report.
Session recordings and transcripts are used solely for the purpose of delivering your report. They are not sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to train AI models. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of TimeCraft Advisory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The efficiency reports we deliver to you are for your use only and may not be redistributed or published without our written permission.
TimeCraft Advisory provides advisory recommendations based on the information shared during your sessions. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, salary increases, or business results. Our reports are advisory in nature and implementation is at your discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you are based. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts applicable to your location. Nothing in these terms is intended to override or limit any consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
